I came upon this book by chance and immediately had to buy it. For anyone struggling with religion and spirituality this book is for you. The book will inspire you to look beyond religion, to believe in yourself and others. In a few pages within the book the little dog states "I believe my friends have as much spirituality as any monk,each person carries a distinct and personal energy, we are each powerful and delicate, simultaneously." This book is fun and thoughtprovoking.

I picked this book up by chance, randomly opened it and began to read and just could not put it down. Anytime I encounter a problem now instead of thinking the worst like I used to I realize that God is up to something great! I have had many hurts and betrayals in my life and this book helped me to understand these events from the proper perspective. I have already seen more victories in my life because of this new perspective and I am certain more will come. Mr. Evans, I will seek out more of your books in the future. God really has used you mightily through this work. Thank you!

I am an attorney at law in Japan. I treat all the fields but my main job is medical malpractice cases. I became an attorney one and a half years ago and I have few experience of trial.

For me, this book would be a "Bible". This book tells me all the rules which I should follow to be a good trial lawyer. Talk in front of the mirror to know yourself, always think about telling the story, assemble each questions to gain the favourable answers, stop when you got the favourable answer, and so on.

There are many differences in judicial system between Japan and common law areas. For example we do not have jury systems but only professional judges, we have a poor discovery system, average length of civil trial is 1 to 2 years in Japan. Though, most of the Golden Rules mentioned in this book are useful in Japan. And because Japanese Judicial Training Institute didn't teach us these kind of skills and most of the attorneys are not aware of these kind of skills, this book is indispensable for me.

As the author recommends, I will read this book for 2 minutes each day and after that think about it for 8 minutes. Then there would be no reason for me to be afraid of the trial.

If I could make a request, I expect the author to publish the subsequent book which is full of concrete examples. There were some parts which I couldn't understand well because the explanation was abstract.

I should say I would recommend this book to all the attorneys. But I won't. Because if I say so, that means I would increase the rivals. This book is so excellent!

If you like science fiction / apocolytic type novels, you'll love this one! I read book three a few years ago - and loved it too!! I just came across book #2 in a thrift store, and it put me in a horrid dilemma - stay up and read it all night because it was so engrossing, or ration the pages, since I didn't have any of the other books in the series were. I guess that's probably the best dilemma I've ever had!! Everyone I've ever loaned the book has loved it too..

Having been an avid golf hacker for many years, I have been given so many golf course pictorial books for house, birthday, father's day etc presents. The photographs in this particular book are astounding....the beauty, nuance, power and delicacy expressed by Mr. Schiller give new meaning to the overused word "awesome". Everyone who loves golf should have the pleasure of perusing Mr. Schiller's version of "Golf in the KIngdom". I have already given 6 copies to friends. These photographs are another proof of the existence of God.

If you're going to the UK just for the ales, I highly recommend CAMRA's Good Beer Guide. If you want more than just who cellars the best pints, and want food, brews, and where to stay, this is right up there. I recommend getting this, the Good Beer Guide, and the AA Pub Guide. This book is very useful for someone interested in keeping and breeding gouldianfinches; reviews the color varieties and living conditions in the wild, a history of keeping and breeding in captivity and recomendations in terms of acclimatizing new birds, housing them and nutritional requirements. Recommendations for both cage and colony breeding are provided as well as chapter on genetics. Chapters contain many illustrations to help the reader. I have found this book very useful and have returned to it again and again over the years that I have had it. Very beneficial both for the experienced breeder and the "newbie" wanting to learn about the care required for these birds.
